In 2004, Reliable Caps will be celebrating over 36 years of manufacturing plastic caps for a vast array of industries. Our high quality caps are designed for multi-market uses and applications. We serve several industries that deal in the food, spice, condiment, promotional, personal care, chemical, and agricultural markets. Our 90,000 square foot manufacturing facility is located in Olathe, Kansas, which is a suburb of Kansas City. Our plant includes: • 26 Injection molding machines from 28-Ton to 400-Ton capacity.   This allows us to develop a wide range of small to large cavity molds to meet your specific demands. • 9 Liner and hole punching machines. • 2 automated assembly machines for Child Resistant Caps and Push/Pull Caps. • Tool room for maintenance and repair of molds. • Molds that manufacture over 35 different injection molded parts The driving force behind the growth of our company is meeting and servicing the demands of our customers.
